One Account Rule
Each person may open only one account. If the same individual or members of the same household operate multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method, this will be considered a violation of the rules and all accounts may be cancelled.
2. Account Registration and Security
Providing Accurate Information
At the time of registration you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. Registering with false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled and withdrawal requests being rejected.

cv365 may at any time request the necessary documents to verify your identity. This may include a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. There is no upper limit on deposit amounts, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.
Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit into the account.
Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
Third-Party Payments Prohibited
Deposits or withdrawals using a mobile banking account registered in another person's name are strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is identified, cv365 reserves the right to cancel that transaction and investigate the account.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive the bonus, the applicable promo code must be used at the time of the first deposit (if applicable).
Wagering Requirements
To withdraw any bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be met. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets. If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus may be forfeited.
- Wagering will only count on games approved by cv365.
- Another bonus cannot be accepted while a bonus is active.
- Bonuses apply only to the mobile number registered on the account.
Other Promotions
cv365 regularly runs various promotional offers, cashback deals, and special events. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated in the offer description. If an attempt to misuse any bonus or promotion is identified, the account may be suspended.
5. VIP Program and Cashback
The cv365 VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
